I hope your day is going great and I pray for better days ahead. 

A few months ago, I received a call from Saint Paul Youth Services (SPYS) regarding a program for black and indigenous mothers. They were promoting mothers while encouraging and listening to their experiences as mothers. 

They did a podcast for mothers where they have mothers talk about their struggles and how they navigated through them. I was one of the mothers chosen to talk in the podcast.
