Hey Everyone,

It’s been few weeks from the beginning of the year and for one reason or another, I’ve been so stressed with everything. I feel as if I have a lot to do but a little time to do them. Many times I reflect on my goals and how I plan to achieve them. Though I’ve created a plan using The Goal Guide template I made for myself which I also shared last week. The plan is working but sometimes with my fulltime job, it makes me readjust my goals several times.

Today, I will be talking about stress and tips for reducing it.

What is Stress?

Stress is a natural human emotion that affects everyone at some point in their lives. Our body is built to recognize and respond to stress. There is no one who doesn’t go through stress, but we just have to figure out ways of managing it.

I started writing this ebook – “Tips For Reducing Stress” while stressed and trying to get out of bed a few weeks ago. I chose to share it with the rest of the world today. I hope it is useful to one or two people.

Sooo, I had planned to go out with my beautiful friends this weekend, but I just found out that one of us is sick, (I’m sending graceful healing her way) and we may have to cancel and reschedule. I was a little disappointed that we wouldn’t be able to get together because I had planned on using our hangout as a stress reliever.
Fortunately, it was not canceled, and my excitement is overflowing. I can’t wait to see them all.

Here are some tips for reducing stress:

  • Relaxation Activities
  • Physical Activities
  • Good Self-care
  • Healthy Diet
  • Connect with Families and Friends
