What Are Goals?
Goals are desired states that people strive to achieve, preserve, or avoid. They are well-defined, quantifiable objectives with a deadline for completion.
I made this guide for myself a few years ago, and it has helped me achieve a number of short-term and long-term goals.
I understand that the key to maintaining the proper balance is to set realistic goals.
So, a few months ago, I set a goal to expand on the guide and make it available for anybody to download and use as a goal-setting tool.
The good news is that goal-setting is not a one-way street.
Your goals and efforts are completely under your control. Your success in accomplishing that goal is determined by what you do and how you plan it.
